Adjust the amount of inflation to increase / decrease the amount of stability of the cushion. More inflation gives more movement, stimulating to core muscles more. Less inflation gives more stability, less movement and less stimulation to the core. Adjust as needed. Ask your physiotherapist or occupational therapist for recommended settings.
