Refund policy
HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?
If, for any reason, you would like to return your product please send an e-mail to hello@sensorium.co.za with your details, and we will arrange to collect the product from you at no expense.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Should you not be satisfied with your Sensorium toys purchase you may return it or arrange for a collection, for a refund or exchange subject to the following:
- Exchanges will only be given within 30 days of purchase
- Oral chews cannot be returned for a refund due to health and safety
- Sensorium may deduct a fair shipping and handling fee from refunds, as per the CPA and ECTA.
If you believe your purchase to be faulty, please email hello@sensorium.co.za and if the item is found to be faulty with reasonable wear and tear, we can replace the item.
