What age are these toys suitable for?

Each product listing includes a minimum age recommendation. You can also browse toys by age using our "Shop by Age" filter.

These recommendations are based on international safety guidelines or typical developmental stages but remember, every child is unique! Use them as a guide, not a rule.

Are Sensorium Teethers safe and non-toxic?

Yes. Our teethers are made from the same materials used in baby bottle teats. They're:

  • Non-toxic and food-safe
  • PVC-, Phthalate-, Latex-, and BPA-free
  • RoHS and REACH SVHC compliant

Please inspect teethers regularly. If torn or damaged, discard immediately to avoid choking risks.
We encourage recycling the teether with plastics to reduce landfill waste.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will delivery take?

Delivery takes 2–5 working days within South Africa:

  • Main cities (e.g. Cape Town, Johannesburg): ~2 days
  • Outlying areas and small towns: 4–5 days

What are the shipping costs?

  • R69 flat rate nationwide
  • Free shipping on orders over R700

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! We ship to neighbouring countries like Namibia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe.International orders are handled manually to ensure all export documents are correct. Email us at hello@sensorium.co.za for personal assistance.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your courier is booked, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Can I request gift wrapping or a message?

Yes! We:

  • Wrap orders in printed tissue paper
  • Remove price tags and invoices
  • Can include a personal message. Just add it in the “Order Notes” at checkout.
