Shipping policy

We know you want your products as soon as possible so we make it our mission to do so. 

 Shipping Information:

All orders placed online with Sensorium Toys are delivered using the best courier booked through BobGo or Pudo. Currently we only deliver within South Africa. 

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Orders with a value of R0.00 to R849.99 will have a courier charge of R69.

Orders with a value of R850 and more will be shipped free.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery to main cities will take place between 2 and 3 working days, while regional/outlying areas usually take 3-5 working days. The delivery time-frame depends on the logistics and your delivery location. If you need your order urgently please email us after placing your order, as we will do everything in our power to assist.

WHAT ADDRESSES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We only ship orders to physical addresses ( No postal box ). Please make sure that the address that you choose for delivery is accurately captured, and that there is someone present to receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not there. We recommend using your work address for deliveries as deliveries usually happen between 8am and 17h00. 

CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND COLLECT IN STORE?

Yes, You may collect at our warehouse / practice in Somerset West by appointment. Please note that it is a functioning occupational therapy practice and we not always be available to assist you. Phone ahead and we will do our best to accomodate you.
