Twisting and shooting the offense / defense rods strengthens the muscles of the wrist. Stimulate eye tracking and quick localisation watching the ball being shot across the pitch. A good game of foosball is a wonderful game to support fun interaction with adults and children alike. 

How to play:

Start playing by forming 2 teams. Hhold the handles which are the colour of your team, and then twist or move the bars to kick the ball to the opponent’s goal. The team who scores the most goals is the winner.
